Only student who completed their degree till June 2025, are eligible to fill out this convocation form
The First Convocation of SAM Global University, Raisen (MP) will be held in August’2025. All Graduates and Post Graduates who have passed out in the session 2022/2023/2024/2025 and those candidates who have been awarded Ph D degree till 31st July’2025 are required to register themselves through online mode for the award of degree in Convocation Ceremony on University website www.samglobaluniversity.ac.in Registration Closed
INSTRUCTION
- The First Convocation of SAM Global University, Raisen (MP) will be held in August’2025. All Graduates and Post Graduates who have passed out in the session 2022/2023/2024/2025 and those candidates who have been awarded Ph D degree till 31st July’2025 are required to register themselves through online mode for the award of degree in Convocation Ceremony on University website samglobaluniversity.ac.in
- Dress Code:
Boys: White Kurta (full sleeves) and Payjama
Girls: Cream Saree
The dress is to be arranged by the candidate on their own, an Angvastram (stole) and Jacket will be provided by the University.
No candidate will be allowed to attend the convocation ceremony in a dress other than specified for the convocation.

Convocation Fee
- The convocation fee is Rs. 3500/- + If accompany 1000/- per person

- It will be mandatory for all the candidates who wish to participate in the Convocation to attend in person the rehearsal of the event, the schedule of which shall be uploaded at the university website subsequently.
- Reporting Time: Candidates must report by 08:30 AM No entry will be allowed after 10:00 AM
- The degree will be issued upon the presentation of a valid Government issued photo id (original) with one photocopy.
- Awardees members and students must sit only at the allotted seat in the convocation hall.
- During the function the audience will keep sitting in their seats and will not move out of their seats.
- Only registered students can enter into Convocation Ceremony with already registered persons from the family.
- No person shall be allowed to attend the Convocation as a representative of the student, if he/she abstains from attending the Convocation.
- Children below 12 years age are not allowed.
- The following items are prohibited during the ceremony: camera, whistles, bottled water or any bottled liquids, balloons, wrapped gifts, weapons, knife, sharp objects, food, alcohol etc
- The audience present in the Ceremony shall stand up at the following occasions:
At the time when the academic procession enters the hall and till they take their seats, at the time of the Invocation (Saraswati/Ganesha Vandana), at the time of national anthem and at the time when the academic procession departs and leaves the hall.
- During the function mobile phones should be kept switched off.
- Audience will keep sitting in their seats and shall not leave the hall before the completion of the ceremony. They should move from their seats only after the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour depart and leaves the hall.
